What is Free Vehicle Tracking?

Basically, its a web service that GPS tracking devices talk to, updating their location in real time. As a user, you log in and see your device that’s installed in your vehicle. You can view it traveling in real time, run reports and view the vehicles activity on the map.

How long will it be free?

Forever, though we will introduce some features with a small charge in the future.

What else will I need (i.e. supported devices)?

You will need a GPS tracking device and data SIM card that we provide, please see hardware above.

Can I install the GPS device myself?

For hard wired devices like the ATrack AK7, we recommend that installation be carried out by a qualified Auto Electrician. For plug and play devices like the ATrack AX9, you can simply plug your new device into your vehicle’s OBDII (CANbus) port and you are ready to go.

How do I activate my global SIM card?

Simply go to www.globalm2msims.com/activate-sim/ and fill out all of the details. The SIM ID is noted on the included SIM card holder.

How long will it take to activate my global SIM card?

Once submitted it will take about one hour to activate your SIM card.
